Healthspan webinars are my topic-specific workshops in key areas of your health and wellbeing. They are designed to give you useful and usable science-led information that will improve your healthspan.
The webinars are monthly, free and delivered online via Zoom, 7-8pm (UK time).

My clinics are not recorded and the number of attendees is limited to 16 to keep the experience intimate and personalised.

I learned about wellness the hard way: by losing it
I’ve been through burn out, loss and grief, and breast cancer. In rebuilding my health and regaining my strength, I found my purpose: advocating for women’s agency in their wellness.
Frustrated by how little we're taught about the biology of ageing, my mission is to show you how to enhance your healthspan. I retrained with the Mayo Clinic to offer wellness coaching that works and to make sure my support is science-led and proven.
