I’ve been through burn out, loss and grief, and breast cancer. In rebuilding my health and regaining my strength, I found my purpose: advocating for women’s agency in their wellness.
I retrained with the Mayo Clinic to lean into the latest scientific research on health and wellbeing, so that I could offer wellness coaching that works.
Now, I offer resources, webinars, coaching and wellness breaks to help my clients take back control of their health, their energy, and their purpose.
