I qualified as a Wellness Coach with the Mayo Clinic because their training offered the most rigorous, evidence-led programme in Wellness and Coaching that I could find. Wellness involves any aspect of your health and wellbeing: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, cultural, environmental, occupational, and more. Wellness is whatever matters to you, whatever affects your sense of wellbeing and impacts your life.
We'll start where you are and work with the resources you have. Choose from my one-to-one coaching sessions, intensive online and in-person workshops, and Legacy Design programme.

Wellness Coach
In three tough years I experienced burn out, loss and grief, and then breast cancer. My recovery took more time, but, in the process of rebuilding my health and regaining my strength, I found my purpose - raising awareness of health and wellness in midlife.
I retrained to offer wellness coaching that works and now help women to take back control of their health, their energy, and their direction to live well now and create their legacy for the future.
