I learned about my own health and wellbeing the hard way: by losing it. Then having to rebuild it - step by step.


Recovering from burn-out and breast cancer, I realised I had been sleepwalking my way into bad health - ignoring the signs, over-working to distract myself from them - too busy to be well. I had been living a treadmill life.

But midlife is when our health becomes real, not hypothetical. It’s when the choices you make shape how you’ll live the next twenty to thirty years: your energy, your resilience, your joy, your legacy. It's when you decide to live in full colour or fade away. (If not now, then when, right?)

Three years ago, my health was broken. Today, I'm stronger, fitter and more contented than I've ever been. It didn't happen by accident... Instead, I used science-backed strategies to build a life I love.

As your Wellness Coach, I'll help you address your health risks and build habits proven to lower them, so that you have the strength and vitality you need to create the life, and the future, you want to live. Let me show you how.

What is wellness?

WELLNESS is optimal mental and physical wellbeing.

My clients are typically midlife women who want help with:

  • feeling better/stronger/fitter/more like themselves

  • getting out of a rut

  • sorting out a work-life balance

  • improving their nutrition, exercise, and sleep

  • figuring out their time-management or boundary-setting

  • rebuilding or future-proofing their health

  • managing change or planning their next chapter.

Sometimes they simply want their spark back...

What is coaching?

Coaching is a client-led and collaborative. As a Coach, I raise self-awareness to encourage self-empowerment.

My role is to help you feel seen and heard. To give you the space and support to untangle your thoughts.

I act as a guide and 'thinking partner' to help you to respond to challenges and opportunities with clarity and confidence.

I support you to make meaningful change in line with your own vision and goals.

I'm interested - what's the first step?

We start with a conversation. Online, 30 minutes, to talk through your main aims and see if we're a good fit.

No cost. No hard sell. No problem if it's not a good fit.

But, if it feels right, we'll agree what works for where you are now and make a plan.

Go Well Stay Well is all about living your best life with holistic wellness. But I'm not into performative wellness like spa days and yoga retreats. I also don't accept that ageing means frailty.

Midlife women have gathered so much wisdom and experience. They have so much to give! But it's hard to show up for the people you care about if you've stopped showing up for yourself.

But it doesn't have to be that way - you can change your health and your health trajectory. You can change your life and your life-story.

If you are in a rut, exhausted and on the brink of burn-out, feeling unfit or unhealthy, or just feeling lost, you are not showing up for yourself. You're also not showing up as your best self. The one who can make an impact; the one who's creative, imaginative, supportive, active, organised, passionate. The version of you we long to see, the version of you know you can be.
